New appointments announced after formation of Northern Bear Roofing division
Northern Bear is delighted to announce the appointment of Keith Muldoon as Managing Director of the newly formed Northern Bear Roofing division.
Made up of three long-established roofing specialists in Northern England; Jennings Roofing, Springs Roofing Ltd and Wensley Roofing provide a range of comprehensive services including slating, tiling, lead-work, built up felt roofing systems, single-ply membrane, liquid roofing, fully supported metal roofing and cladding, general roof repairs, refurbishment and maintenance.
Bringing over 30 years of experience in the roofing industry Keith heads up the division after fifteen years as Managing Director of Springs Roofing. He said: “I’m delighted to take on the new role at Northern Bear Roofing and looking forward to taking on a new challenge.”
Northern Bear is also delighted to announce Matty Rowley as Keith Muldoon’s successor as Managing Director of Springs Roofing. Matty joined the organisation in 2005 and was appointed Contracts Director in 2008. Matty said: “Keith did a fantastic job during his time at Springs Roofing and has left us in great shape. We have a very talented work force and strong management team. I am very proud to be appointed as the new Managing Director and look forward to making a valued contribution to Northern Bear PLC.”
Commenting on Matty’s appointment Keith Muldoon also added: “I’m incredibly proud of the team at Springs Roofing and I am confident that Matty will take the organisation on to bigger and better things.”
Northern Bear Roofing’s work includes new build and refurbishment of domestic, public sector and commercial properties. Contracts span major house builders, local authorities and housing associations as well as smaller building firms and private clients.
